I've lived in both. Toronto is nicer. LA is a mess.

I've been to Toronto a lot actually. I was just there a few weeks ago. I travel to pretty much every major city for work, often.

Also lol @ you suggesting NY is one of the best places to live. Nobody actually LIKES living in NYC. They do it for work and money. It's a dirty overcrowded shit hole where you get raped on rent let alone purchasing anything.
