It's for self ignite prolif

You go Chieftain to get 500% of enemy max life as explosion

With that ignite you use Fulcrum to self-ignite

This allows you to spread/prolif the ignite around the map once you have 1 big ignite

started to be 80c-1div weapon
lucky me I had 3 of them, now they easy 30div+
