Yes they should. It's a private league not the government. You'd be fired from your job as well.

No I understand it's a private company, I just think it's wrong that when someone is just accused of doing a thing they decide to give him the boot instead of actually waiting for an investigation or conviction. He got the boot over some chick lying about the whole thing.

I get that the MLB wants to save face but I think it's BS that they can do that with just allegations, allegations that were obviously false but killed his career anyway
