stamina - wow
vitality - ok

So, what you gain from treks, that my(use to be) boots don't have is 20 fhr and 30 life. That's mean 2 grand charm (12fhr) to be replaced with 45 lifers.
At the end you compare 120 life vs around 100 mana, 10% mana regen and rep life.

I will always take the second option.
