easiest way to check it is to go to the profile, and see recent topics/posts
If somebody have many WTB / WTS currency topics it very likely its a reseller, if he has a lot of topics in many diffrent games is likely its a shop

I also don't usually trade with the same person more than once in a league. Its easy to check just do a CRTL+F and search their username in your gold logs.
