No need to make one, you can use filtersblade and edit easily.

You can customize and make your own filter with filterblade

on the website you can click , Compare strictness, select what you want and as you go start mapping , whatever items you keep seeing and you dont like , place it in your inventory and press CTRL + C , and go back to the item filter website and Copy Paste it in the Simulate. Go to Show rule , or Priority, and change it to hide or edit it how you want.
