This thread shouldn't exist. Such service is physically impossible to fulfill at this time. Try again when it's September 28th.

Thy do you think so? People are planning new ladder. They want to be ready and make sure that when they are ready to slay demons, they have everything waiting for them.
It's a best time to start thinking about it

Just interested to know what will the person do once they are in HC hell at lvl 1 on the first couple of days with no one to plvl them.

This offer is mostly for those who will play on their own team at launch and want to start solo gameplay with fillers later. For that you only need characters to be in game to buff your exp and loot passively.
