I have a opal sceptre with
15ignite
36%fire dot
48 to 83 fire to spells


I have room for 1 suff 2 pre

Should I double div craft fire damage and spell damage(this will work right?)

OR

Is there an easy, for sure way to get +1 fire?

no you cannot craft both those as they are considered the same
the added fire to spells roll is useless as well.
