I read the posts, have a minor understanding of the issue that has been mentioned.
Currently I am at a loss (exclude phone) with my PC screen and using Google Chrome in conjunction with Windows 7 home edition that can NOT be updated and Google Chrome... the PC is from 2010, only has 1gb of RAM and a vid card that is still decent to use.
Yes, I have been having issues with my eyesight and are typing this out using 150% zoom, as well as playing Ladder Slasher which is a basic game and graphics (I have TV &/or Anime playing on another window which are working great).
I see images posted by others at THEIR resolution, however, I can decrease or increase the zoom, and still not be able to read what they posted... so...
Is it a resolution issue, or a compressing issue for viewers (i.e. on my end?)
