The problem is people take too long to warmup most gym goers now days do too many sets why I don't know. The only time you need to really warmup is if you're over 45 50 years++ I'm 37 and don't have a problem with my joints or feel stiff it's the way you train your body day in and day out it will respond every time the same way. I been lifting since I was 16 drug free and the only time you will see me warmup up is if the weather outside is negative below zero other than that we have no issues loading 315 and go. I don't drink alcohol or smoke or use any kind of drugs BTW hope this helps if more questions I can sure try to answer here or on video the same way you see us on video is the same way we train day in and day out.
It does not take me long to warm up except deadlift. 125, 225, 315, 405, 455, 505, sometimes 555 then working sets or 505 then working sets or if im doing lots of volume i might cut it at 455 for example. Squats can be long if my knees are cold.
Some face pulls with some quick push downs and some warm up sets takes sub 15 minutes.
You might also live in some warm environment. I do not. Average winter temp is -40-50C throughout and sometimes -60C. Takes time to get your body primed when you walk outside or skidoo to the gym.
