Yes they technically can and have banned folks for trading using jsp since d4 came out. I think it’s dumb, but then I don’t get a vote.

yes. dont mention anything about jsp or fg in game and always have people trade you items or igg when you do trade. I don't think they are busting small trades but more so big gold farmers etc. better safe then sorry tho.
