Any last words?
nearly a month of back and forth with parts and research, maybe someone has some final thoughts to chip in.

Since you're spending the $ I'd go with 1x 4tb M2 PCIe 5.0 as your mobo supports 5.0 rather than 2x 2tb M2 PCIe 4.0
Looks gg

That VA panel is no ordianry panel, i did a lot of research and its top tier not just VA but overal quality out side of QD Oled's but those only come in tv size for top quality as well (id prefer glossy on that).

If you have any insight with sources id be open to read up though.

Currently use a k95 and have so for years, never had a single problem so im going with another one there.

Also why windows pro over home if i might ask?

I agree on price/performance, I'm assuming this rig will last a long time & a bit of future proofing was the intention
Looks great tho, going to be amazing 4k gaming experience

Very nice! Basically what I just built last week.

HYTE Y60 is just too beautiful imo, even if it is not optimal.

Went with the 13700k since I only use it for gaming and the performance+additional heat didn't seem worth it (price difference was irrelevant to me).

had the z790 edge wifi instead (got a crazy price on it but had to RMA) so now I have the carbon, which definitely looks better anyway.

Sending back my 180 degree cablemod adapter though since apparently they are melting and fusing to the gpu lmao. Extreeeeemely clean setup.

Keep in mind all of these parts are explicitly picked for performance, and zero % for looks so that governs some of the options.
Only thing im really boiling down to now is the monitor.

It's tough because the QD Oled's are so nice but the good ones only come in tv's atm, and the best non tv' ones are matte finish which is a no-go for highest quality picture.
So im torn between possibly getting a display that may end up being too big, or settling for a mini led thats of the highest standard (but still isnt beating the qd-oleds).

Requirements are;

4k resolution (3840[or more]x2160)

27" +

144hz base refresh rate WITHOUT needing overclock to hit 144hz

Glossy mandatory, matte is a no-go for img quality.

Prefer QD-OLED but any panel if quality is HIGH (options seem limited)

Prefer good picture quality with good response time, but not something lacking in one to gain in the other.

I'm the opposite I want matte
Glossy brings reflections with light at times of you have sunlight or just bright lights around
But that's your preference
Just like the old 7000 case
I use mountain mods gold digger case and thermal take w200 case
And I use hot swap switch keyboards beside my genovation key pad
