This is my watchlist. There are some I genuinely regret spending time on (such as bleach, naruto and boruto. They are not bad per se, but there are so many better ones out there).
The one that wins for me -- by a landslide -- is Monster. It's a slow burner, a thriller, very different from the other animes. I personally also really liked The Promised Neverland. Vinland Saga is very good also, but it's only 2 seasons in. Bakemonogatari is vague, but its artwork is sublime.
Based on your list, I would recommend Future Diary. I must warn you that out of this list it is the least censored theme-wise, and while I have no problems with gore or anything of the sort, this particular show included some darker than dark shit in the background stories of characters
