I haven't played as much as I would like because my girlfriend is always full knees up my ass, but I'd like to learn and eventually start the grind after act 10.
I'm currently at act 3 and lvl 27, I'm a archer or some crap idk.
I'd love to know best builds and tips for cheap gear but great farming.
I'm well aware I can google/YouTube this information but I figured I'd let you pro players give me the secrets in 50 words or less.

Noob

Follow a build guide for the passive tree the first time around otherwise you’ll think “30 dex woah that’s a lot I need that” and you’ll never make it out of acts.

If you actually play the game and farm and craft your own gear it’ll be much more fun. Buying some dudes exact set up and smashing the game will make it boring and you’ll get over it in a week

Don’t play summoner. You won’t learn the game.

Hardcore is fun. If you have perseverance. You will likely be redoing the acts many times but at least it makes you think beyond movement speed and full dodge praying a stray arrow doesn’t kill you at 2k life.

It’s much better pvm than Diablo 2 3 or 4.

If you can take the time to stomach to learn it then you’ll enjoy it much more than any other dungeon crawler.

Be aware that between leagues (like end of ladder in Diablo) people stop playing path. That is why your thread went unnoticed. We are at the end of our league.

Well when u put it that way mabey I'll give it another shot, d2r feels pretty dead, I think it's because ladder is about to end, or players went to d4

The first 3 acts of path are like a tutorial. Showing you supports. Delayed boss mechanics and so on. You’ll see at 5+ that you really gotta pay attention.
