This is just a remake of the original, but I have always liked watching this and have re-watched it a couple of times... on top of that, even Netflix made two Movies based around the story around 2 years ago... but it is still better to watch the original Anime series, or watch the revamped 2023 series... I know I will keep watching, just to see if either the graphics or storyline alters to the original.

I've liked it as well.
One of my animes I've grew up on.
Rewatched as well many of times.

Hopefully the style they make it with doesn't destroy it.


Also wondering how much they will cut out / shorten from the 94 episodes.

There is filter and some scenes do repeat often (LAST TIME ON DBZ).

I just got around to watching Ep 1 & 2.
Looks like they did start to combine eps from the original to somewhat shorten the overall eps, which is perfectly fine honestly.

Started this since it was one I missed out on younger years. I am happy to know there are a good amount of episodes. But does he always talk like Yoda? Caught up with the current episode, I am.

Yup, the original version it was more prominent if I remember correctly... well more noticeable in dubbed version for myself.

Watching sub, but come to think of it, I beleive Kinemon and Momonoske in one added a specific word, not sure of its pronounced gozaru or similar, but wondering if it a samurai thing, or a way they talked in that era.

I have watched Dubbed anime and also had the Subtitles appear in certain programs (Anime / movies and TV shows) and the Dubbed English version would say a sentence, but the subtitle altered the wording to take it out of context ... again, certain wording could not be translated. However ... with Rurouni Kenshin dubbed, it is more prominent ... the pause and then the addition (or backward wording).

Hard for me to explain more on the matter sorry. Maybe watch the dubbed episode (if you understand English) with Subtitles to see the subtle things and compare.

I am liking it so far. The story seems to be faster pace and less fluff. Animation and fighting scenes are amazing like Jujutsu Kaisen.
