I'm sure there are plenty of solutions for that issue for sure, but the question is can you focus and follow that routine as much as you need to breath? I can't for example, have moments when I give up to easy finding myself different excuses. I want to change myself but I believe I no worth the change or I don't wish for that to happen that much as I should.
