Steady pace cardio in constant intervals (2-3 times per week). The positive side effect is you can eat tasty stuff without losing shape.

I'm sure there are plenty of solutions for that issue for sure, but the question is can you focus and follow that routine as much as you need to breath? I can't for example, have moments when I give up to easy finding myself different excuses. I want to change myself but I believe I no worth the change or I don't wish for that to happen that much as I should.
Hope you'll find the proper answers and those will guide you to find a strong motivation to fulfill your goals.

When people feel weak minded it's a direct sign of being weak.

Solution change your mind. Literally stop being a bitch and harden the fuck up. In an instant you can say to yourself I don't have time or a reason to be a sad little weakling. I deal with stress by not paying attention to it.
Wtf is stress? Some kind of mental disorder.

Change your vocabulary just fucking do it. Watch Mike Tyson knocking people out for boosting testosterone. Also you could watch some dirt poor 3rd world person struggling to survive under extreme conditions any north Korean peasant who go to lengths just to survive for next day.

Your stress or challenges in life don't even compare to what other humans have to go through. You have no right to even complain.
Choice 1.Stop being a baby and man the fuck up.

Choice 2 Cry

Also please don't go to a 12 step program, drugs or fill the hole with some religious nonsense. They are forms of escapism. The best way is to deal with stress is not to run away and hide behind jesus or some other distraction. Take small wins, deal with small problems first then build that muscle get better at dealing with stress by DEALING with stress. Pretty soon you will welcome it and say is that all you got?
