Sounds good, do you put the teriyaki sauce on just before you eat or cook the beef in it?

1/4 pasta 1/4 salad (tomatoes cucumber bell pepper), 1/2 salmon or ground beef or chicken.

Never gets old, flavoring is key (low fat ranch, cholulu hot sauce, pre flavored mix chicken/fish/beef, garlic pasta sauce)

sounds good, I've done a variety of coating the chicken in different spices before cooking and it works really well also

but definitely gonna give the salmon a go

look for 'Shan Chicken Tikka Masala' Follow the recipe which is behind or msg me at times it has a different one. you can play around with spice level by adding more of it or adding more yogurt to lower spice. I personally love that blend of spice.
Not a meal prep but lately I made this combination of 2 different chicken where I coat then with w.e spices and half of it I cook on pan and other half I dip in chicken and coat with cornflakes and airfry it then combine it with a bunch of veggies/rice and whatever sauce you like on top.
