I'm sure it's probably a combination of ergonomics, and posture too, but this game has definitely done a number on my fingers/wrists. I never got any lain playing D2R even though I had many more hours the first couple weeks of D2R. I think because it's so spammy, my fingers are getting sore. Deufnuteoy gonna have to cut down, and work on my desktop setup

Yeah, click to move then clicks for ability and sponge mobs, not too great for the hands. Always worth taking a break or cutting back, hands are the most precious behind eyes.

Man I'm a guitarist for work so this is pretty rough on me lol. I'll just have to space out my D4 playing for a while I think until my hands are used to KBM gaming again. Actually I pondering about getting a controller for playing

according to GVSU: https://www.gvsu.edu/officeergonomics/properly-using-your-mouse-11.htm

Do not rest your wrist or forearms on the mousing surface. Try to use your whole arm and shoulder to move the mouse to allow larger, stronger muscles to move the mouse.

however, i rest my forearm on the table. but apparently it's not ideal
