Hey guys. So I’ve noticed this issue lately that in games every few seconds my audio will cut out for a second.

I can’t figure out the cause. Anyone have an idea?

4090
5800x
32g Ram
X570 mobo

So when I was playing hogwarts legacy there was no issue. Overwatch 2, no issue. Then a few weeks later Valorant had the problem, thought maybe it was the game. But now Diablo IV same issue

I was able to fix the issue.

It had to do with GOXLR software, must have gotten corrupted. After I uninstalled everything worked normal

Don't use motherboard sound. Use the sound provided by the GPU. GPUs have quality sound drivers nowadays which is why you don't need sound cards anymore and why motherboards don't advertise sound chips anymore.

actually mobo sound is great now days and many mobos have amps built in
gpu sound is still digital until it get to tv/monitor and mobo sound chips are usually way better for converting and providing enough umff

not to mention hesuvi works best with onboard after you get rid of the other bloat control panels and go basic realtek

Excuse my ignorance but what does a mixing board give you as far as advantages in gaming? I've never seen this piece of technology.

All in one USB audio interface for podcasters, gamers and streamer. Simply put, there is no straightforward way to take full control of your broadcast’s audio - before GoXLR. What would take dozens of pieces of hardware and software can now be achieved by one sleek and intuitive solution. Mix your audio in real time, change your voice, and engage your audience like never before. GoXLR gives you control of your audio like never before.
