So I will tag a couple of you guys that are involved in doing the lvl18 tournaments I host.

Technically, the lvl18 melee 1v1 tour should end through the course of next week.

Do I go back and host another lvl18 1v1 open OR

we go ahead and do a 2v2 open tvt ??

(did not tag B, you speak for both lol)








If we indeed go for a 2v2 TvT, it would be mainly like a 2 weekends event. Format would involve either something like 2 matchups every weekend (either 1 each day or if it works for both parties, could be 2 matchups same day).

Hard for me to meet 3 guys at once for tvt (being from eu), but I'd certainly give it ago.
Even done some ffa item upgrades which I'm looking forward to using.

That is why I am orienting more like a 2 weekends thing and no latitude or almost none as to the dueling timeframe. It will pretty much be fixed in time.

Why I would like to have everyone have a 1matchup per day, is because it is easy to setup a meeting time if you only got do to 1 matchup (+/- 30mins est)

I think a 2v2 open teams would be awesome. deffinetly pick your own teams tho not random

2v2 sounds really cool, I'd be down for either format still.

I might propose that we are appointed teams, maybe take the points from last two events and pair top pts with bottom or something. There's some real badasses out here and if two of'em link up we are all doomed

Teams sounds awesome, weekends are a challenge for me since I work until 8pm EST usually, would be near impossible to meet with the EU players.

An organised tvt tour at lvl 18 is pretty much...... if you don't have a zon and pala, just don't bother ^^ unless you like auto 0-5's xD

Definitely will be fixed teams. If people cannot create their own team, I would make random teams with remaining player base.



I hate when team are randomly generated lol. This could even lead to even more gg paired team.

I will be relying on people common sense. If I see a too strong team, I might request a char/build swap or dismantle the team.



I am aware that is an issue as it is in pretty much any tournament I did host or take part.

I am not putting the fault on EU players (less represented) because, I mean, they got everyday normal life just like we do lol xD

I am still thinking bout how to organize the dueling calendar.

The easiest for now, would be for the EU players to pair up together. Or at least pair with someone that has weird working shift and can be on at same time they are.
