Im using warren's calculator: https://warren1001.github.io/IAS_Calculator/

I think this thing is wrong, here is the screen shot
basically when using a WF zon w/ strafe (Act1 merc w/ faith 14 aura), all I need is 50ias to reach maximum frames.
But maybe I am losing my mind, however its VISIBLY obvious to my eyes that 50ias is not maximum frames as when I increase the ias to 105ias, VISUALLY I SEE A DIFFERENCE IN THE TWO STRAFE ATTACKS... am I losing my mind???

well, a windforce is hydra bow, and my merc has 14 aura faith.... yes

the zon has 20%ias gloves, highlords (20% ias) and wf 20% = total 60%. along w/ merc level 14 fanat, should give me maximum frames (according to that)

I could swear it was 78ias with lvl 14 fanaticism for hydra bow 5/3/3/3/7 back in the day.

https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php/Amazon_attack_speed

50 and 58 EIAS breakpoints only apply to the displayed animation for follow-up attacks: they actually continue to be 3 frames apart, and this interval is never reduced to 2 frames. When Strafe is fired continuously, the next volley begins when the animation of the previous one finishes, which reduces the number of actual attacks per volley but may sometimes increase the number of actual attacks over time, resulting in a faster attack rate.
