There's may be a new FCR breakpoint between the 63 and 105 breakpoint . I'd like to know where this breakpoint is.

You can definitely feel the faster casting speed when you go from say 63 to 91

Edit:
Point of Thread: FCR Feels differently in d2r vs legacy. Gaining fcr between breakpoints feels as if you're casting faster at a certain point.
You feel as if you're faster than X breakpoint but not nearly as fast as Y breakpoint

There is no new breakpoint.
I knew topics like this are always fake nonense, but I took a quick check anyway, 63 and 100 are exactly the same speed.

Perhaps it's a pseudo breakpoint or the calculation of fcr was changed for but in my experience for the last 2 years since playing d2r I constantly notice the feeling of having a massive amount of fcr over a breakpoint vs another one I notice I'm faster than the innitial breakpoint slightly but still quite far from the next breakpoint.

It feels like 25-50% of the breakpoint and not 100%

Reaching a breakpoint feels obvious as you can feel like a crackhead when u hit 200fcr vs 105, and 105 vs 63.

However you feel faster when you reach 90 vs 65

Experience says otherwise, which is the point of the thread. Whilst it doesn't feel close to 105, it doesn't feel close to 63 either.

So it's been going on for two years?

Tell us more about this.

How did it make you feel?

Maybe you are casting lightning spell? it has a breakpoint between those two.

There is no between the two btw, there are no half frames in the game. So it can't really feel between the two, you are either castign lightning/chaing lightning or just have bad judgement when it comes to "feeling" these things.
