Im having a hard time understanding how items on steam market selling for lets say 30$ is going to command a fg price of 4800...

Since everyone knows 1$ steam is equal to about 70cents usd
Yet IRL trading forums will have a 100$ gift card sell for 10kfg (restraunts, homedepot, gamestop... ect...

Compring anything online to irl is the first major issue , prices are driven by capitalistic ventures, just like irl , A philosophy you might be able to easily understand

I'm simply trying to understand the calculation.

People with a clue to chime in

1. Skins can be reduced to real money value if you want. They are skins though and it doesnt matter that they sell for cash at about 70-75% of steam value, to buy 100$ steam balance you still have to pay 100$

2. Donor forum is a very very very small part of jsp where way less than 1% has access and is mostly USA based. No demand = lower proce to tempt other în buying their shit.

3. Restaurant cards are worthless unless you really want to eat there. Gamestop cards arent worth 100$ when you can buy the same products from amazon for 80$, etc etc.

4. Donor forum doesnt sell steam cards, else why would you be here?

You need to understand that ur fg to euro ratio has no fallacy in reality.
There are no REAL money transactions taking place other then people buying fg.
And those ratios can be found on the site.
But noone of that correlates to what drives the prices for specific sections.

At what restaurant are you planning to use fg to buy A meal?
