So i know you need to use frost stuff to freeze him and break him apart. Apparently it takes 20 frost skills to freeze him.

So I bought a frost oil, put it on a sub 50 weapon, and wacked him for 10 minutes straight.

According to details, it never once procced any frost damage on him.

Is there another way to do this?

When I had to farm him a few years ago I used the Endothermic Blaster toy. That worked fine.
