To receive a level 40 power-up, you need to be level 38. The power up is an extra fee added on top of the Pokemon's price.

yeah i realise that, but you said i needed to be level 40 to even request for you to power a pokemon up

level 35 or 40 ish

i already own the pokemon so its only 20k dust from new

Shiny Legendary (1,500 FG) + Level 40 Power Up (1,000 FG) = 2,500 FG

At level 38, you can request a Level 40 Power Up but this is only for Shiny Legendary Pokemon. I forgot to edit that section, but I can't edit it now, since it's locked and would require me to repost my thread.
