You're most likely looking at serving size @ 35g.

Whey isolate as said above. I use myprotein vanilla but idk if they sell that outside the UK

Went with the iso 100 peanut butter chocolate. Also got some creatine after looking into it hopefully it works for me. Thanks for the help fellas.
