So this is different than standard recruiting. You MUST be level 20 or higher and have NOT logged in for 14 days. If you satisfy both of these conditions you will need to login and gain 40 levels. Which at a massive XP bonus shouldn't take that long.

So if you are at least level 20 & have not logged in for 2 weeks and can gain 40 levels come get your 500fg!
