I do not know why I felt compelled to type the following. Please, it is not required reading. Just some noisy thoughts.
Even after all these years, I cannot convince myself that the Illuminati are anything other than a community of unfathomably wealthy trolls. Well, they are not all trolls, as some do use their unfathomable wealth for philanthropic ventures. From what I can best understand, there is no supernatural element nor do they have possession of any secrets that you could not discover while either studying in school nor via a legitimate google search. And, yet, so many people believe that the members of the Illuminate are more than just human. That they are "special". Unfathomable wealth and all that comes with that is something that by chance one is born into. I was born into a working class family. Both parents worked hard and they retired with a shit ton of aches and pains. No different than many families. Some children are born into extreme poverty. No contracts were signed pre-birth which determined where you and the rest of the world's populace will emerge. It is chance. As for the members of the Illuminati being more than just human, I think that is an example of our propensities to want to believe in the unbelievable which may lead to the emergence of strange beliefs. Wealth is wealth.
