Don't think you can gift specific items or gems. You'd have to buy psn Balance im pretty sure which is not legal except if someone in DF is selling

theres redeemable skins ik u cant buy psn balance

I play the game constantly. Go see what you can gift, I think the top choice is a 400 gem skin chest.

I might be able to do some of these but not 100% sure how many gems I got atm
