we definitely have to account for the scarcity of items in D2R, and if this is indeed the #1 white helm, then 10/10, because there is actually value premiums on white helms (and more life would have caused this to be a red helm). but if it's below the top 2, then 1/10...that's how aggressive value dropoffs can be.

chances are, there is probably something better though, as the Asians usually hold 80-90% of the good stuff, that you can really only access through arranged deals with a middleman (through the whale channels). if you bought off jsp or a website with a storefront, then chances are it's not #1, as they usually offload the regular stuff there, and keep the good stuff for people in the back channels
