That will not happen unless there is a widescale refinery damage/sabotage.

Majority of US is self sufficient in oil production and refining at the moment except for PADD5. But you will see gas at 5-6-7$/gallon if 100$/barrel persists.

Needless to say there is also no more gas shortage in Russia as CDU damage from a few weeks ago has been repaired.
