-res works for blood boil

It's right, but blood boil primarily physical damage

so in the end .... -fres or -phys res for blood boil ? so many condtradictory advices

Mine was used on physical es, I have no idea about blood boil sincerely.

Yes this is best in slot helm for demon lock.

I would do -fire res not physical. It's not "primarily" physical damage for BB, its about 50/50, actually it's a bit more fire damage.

Edit: actually Flickering flame considered BiS by some. It's close though
