the only chaos that has any use is the runic with 3ls/3mb/3bs, but runic chaos is for budget builds and that skill combo is very common and not ideal (you want 3ls/2-3wb/1-3bs for most builds now)
The runic cruel isn't useful due to its low damage and Low AR roll for cruel.
The feral fools just has extreme niche use cases for ghost and for a hybrid, a fools gt of quickness with 3ls and 2os or a 2sin/40ias/3ls/fools gt is better than it and they cost ~2k and ~8k.
The only thing that has any value here and is particularly useful is the prebuff claws.
