Locks books are op. Only value is rare and magic buff books +5/6 certain skill or lld. But not this stuff

only person ive seen looking for books wanted +2 all and +3 apoc

without +2 all and +3 to some useful skills i dont think itll have any value. even then im not sure how those could compare to the ars books
