Where to drop this things?
They are extremely rare; in all the time I’ve been playing, I’ve only been lucky enough to have a good Cruel weapon drop once. All the others I’ve owned were traded for. You can also get them through Charsi’s imbue quest, but as I said, they are very rare. I think bots were the main source, and since I believe they’re gone now, I’m afraid the price will go up over time.
