Rune Scarab Good Lld??? - Topic

I think traps use IAS, and also I don't think trapsins to lvl 30 lld...could be wrong but I've never seen one ( a good one)

There are lvl 30 trapsins. Fcr is for mind blast. Normally ppl want 2/10 high life and mana on their amulet
