its nice but im pretty sure its only 2 points. maybe 2.5 but id say its 2 pts. usually Dual leech is 1 point and would need all res for 1 point.
I mean... the ring point system is not really that meaningful - but if you follow any of the popular ring system guides this is 3+ minimum. Likely 3.5-4.
The str+dex+fire res are all 1 point in any definition. Then you can decide what you will value 22mana and 6lifeleech - i'd say half a pt minimum.
The problem is that stat combinations matter and the "1 point" categories DEFINITELY are not equal. A ring with leech and big stats like that should almost always have AR to really be liked byt he characters it is relevant for.
