Reading is cheap and there are an effectively endless variety of books to choose from. I didn't get into it until my 40s and hated it throughout school/young adulthood but after forcing my way through the first few books, speed and comprehension picked up and now I probably read about a book a week. It's cost effective and good for you, just pick something that interests you. Gargoyle is super fucked up and good if you're looking for a recommendation.

Get Cronometer and start doing ppl or 5x5 sl 3-4 a week after work or before. Off days mountain bike or rock climb and just game on your rest days or non family days. Keeps gaming somewhat interesting.
