I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing creating games in Diablo II. When we direct players to submit a bug report on the forums, this is because they have more tools to identify and fix bugs like the one we may be against here and also because forums are the main communication channel with the developers and by submitting bug reports they collect all the information that need to get to the root cause of the issue and work on a fix for it,

Hi Phaedaillo,

Please do not close this ticket.

To clarify, this is not a sporadic software bug that requires developers to collect data, analyze logs, or write a code fix. The entire US East and West legacy server infrastructure is completely down. It is happening to every single player attempting to log in, and absolutely no one can create or join games.

Directing us to the forums to post a “bug report” for a total service blackout is an empty loop. Since the forums are not receiving active responses, I am asking you to please escalate this ticket directly to your manager or to the classic development team.

You have the internal tools and channels to report a total server outage to the right team. Please route this ticket up your chain of command so they can investigate.

Thank you so much for your dedicated attention to this situation, we understand that this is not only impacting your ability to play but also many other players trying to create lobbies in the same region. I would like to inform you that we have also received many tickets about this and thanks to all of your and other players’ activity on our forums, the Developers were notified about the situation and are taking a closer look into what could be causing this.

Note that while the devs may not reply directly here or on our forums in the meantime, I assure you the issue was escalated and is being looked at right as I’m writing this reply to you. Wish you a speedy resolution to this so you and the rest of the affected players are able to jump in as soon as possible.

We appreciate your contact with us and hope you get a hasty resolution in this matter, please let us know if we can assist you with something else, take care.
