Nothing useful. Basically saying to post it in the forums so that the devs can see it. I replied by saying no you tell the devs And give me an update that that’s why I opened the ticket. There is already a topic in the forums as well

Ticket Status Update: Outage Escalation Log

[Player Ticket Submission] This is a ticket regarding Legacy Diablo II Classic from 2000, not Diablo II Resurrected.

The US East and West legacy realm is currently down. Every player attempting to join or create a game receives the following error: “No New Games Can be Created Right now.”

This is a widespread server outage affecting the entire community, not an individual account or client issue. Multiple players are reporting the exact same problem. You can view the active discussion on the official forums here: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d2r/t/d2-legacy-us-east-down-no-new-games-can-be-created-right-now/177009

Please forward this to the classic server administrators so they can investigate and restart the US East realm.

Please do not close this ticket.

I am reopening this because directing me to the community forums does not solve a critical server outage.

To restate the issue clearly: The entire US East Legacy realm is completely down. Every player attempting to join or create a game is blocked by the error message stating that no new games can be created right now. This is a total server infrastructure failure affecting the entire community.

Since you have already verified that there are multiple recent reports of this issue, please do the following:

Escalate this ticket directly to the Classic Server Administrators or the backend engineering team responsible for legacy hardware.
Keep this ticket open until a representative from that team can provide a direct status update confirming that the server infrastructure is actively being looked at.
The community forum post already exists and is active, as linked in my initial ticket. We need an actual system administrator to investigate the server side and restart the realm.

None of the troubleshooting steps you sent apply to this situation. The entire US East Legacy realm is down for every single player. The error message is server side, preventing anyone on the planet from creating or joining games.

Please escalate this ticket directly to the Classic Server Infrastructure team so they can reboot the US East realm. Do not close this ticket with another generic template.

[ME/Player Reply - Ticket Reopened]

Hi Kuwu,

I understand that as a Game Master, you do not have direct console access to reboot the servers or rewrite backend code. However, you do have internal communication channels, ticketing routing systems, and slack/teams networks to reach the operations teams. I do not.

Leaving a critical server outage to a public forum—where there has been zero developer response or action—is not a solution. The community has done its part by logging the issue. As the front line of customer support, the minimal effort we expect is for you to internally route a high-priority ticket or notification to the server operations team.

Can you please confirm if anyone at Blizzard is actually looking into this server-side outage? If you can route this up your internal chain of command and provide us with a status update, the entire legacy community would deeply appreciate it.
