What is the logic for that price check? If all 3 items are 10ml

The charm is lower lvl req, a Heal can be used on (almost) every class as opposed to sword/plate not being usable on many classes, and at least IMO I'm way more likely camp a ML charm over armor or (obviously) weapon. I have no real PC to offer but the charm is certainly worth more than the plate/sword.

Charm much more usable

To use the weapon or armor to kill an EP, would take forever unless you wait for last hit and still might take a couple more hits than you thought, and if you go armor, you risk dying compared to an EE armor.
Where as if you swap out your charm, you still have your hard hitting weapon and big ee armor to protect you and kill the EP in a normal time frame.
