Heck, a big breaking point for me is that the neoliberals and commies alike joined together to throw their support behind actual nazis in ukraine, and Lindsey Graham was their most fervent supporter on the right. His warmongering was my #1 political objection to Graham and his defining trait of course, because that's what he represents, the weapons manufacturers. He was second only to Hillary Clinton in warmongering, credit where its due. And yet, the modern day left is just as bloodthirsty if not moreso. Lindsay Graham dressed his bloodlust up in nationalist and realpolitick justifications which at least are explicable, the left is just an incoherent jumble of dogma. Nobody can question the RULES BASED WORLD ORDER even if we're propping up literal nazis who overthrew a democracy in a color revolution.

He wasn't anywhere near as radical on social or economic issues as the modern left, and he didn't indulge in their hatred or virulence. Graham had a notable quote about how if you couldn't admire Joe Biden as a person, you've got a problem. The left meanwhile is acting like this;

How many died because of the policies that men like him actively pushed? Him and McCain were the worse. It's not just Ukraine, all the ME wars, how many died because scum like him constantly pushed for the wars and the escalations? Not just the deaths globally but so much US taxpayer money wasted for naught.

Of course there's many behind him that share his same ideology and the death of one man doesn't change anything. He's just one of the public cogs in the machine but still feels good.
