Some grilled wangs. Not sure if posted before.

grated raw potatoes, milk, egg, flour.

Bake until crispy in a pancake shape, topped with melted cheese or mayonnaise

Took pic this morning and forgot to post.
Fried bologna, egg and cheese.
Mayo on one of the toast and jalapeno jelly on the other.

Is that toast? I was gonna say it looks good aside from the untoasted bread.

Toasted in a air fryer, gets toasty, but not brown unfortunately.
