I play on xbox and have a subscription

Cross-platform is greyed out and all my friends list is missing with exception to my guild leader. Ive toggle the xplat button on the menu page. If clear cookies and cache. It also says my guild leaders not been on line for over 30 days.

Here's the thing. When I log into my wife's account on my xbox the accounts are all there. Guild leader last seen 8 days ago.

I logged into battlenet and it says connected to xbox.

Other than waiting for poe1 on the 24th what's next step?

P.s. my xbox privacy settings are all "allow"

To start:
Ensure you have cross-play enabled on your main account.

Log out entirely of your Xbox account/re-login.

uninstall/re-install the game.

Re connect your Battle.net account to your Xbox account

Those are a few suggestions that I would try first. This seems like a connectivity issue to me.

In regards to POE:
Console players at late-end game (10 breaches + red maps with 4p games) are experiencing it to be unplayable as was the case with POE 1.

POE 2 was tailored to the PC performance not the console unfortunately. If you enjoy the solo/casual experience you should experience no problems throughout the acts, but be prepared to blow that fan off with an air duster and re apply that heat-sink glue gel stuff or whatever it is that cools your components down.

Best of luck, lmk if you need any help I have a few more ideas my friend.
