Does it have to be in a TZ, or any lister who just happens to naturally have a Cursed affix, even in a regular throne room?

If the created game is cursed, it doesn't mean the lister will have this property.
You need to go to it and check it manually, activate the stone before the wave or from the very beginning, it doesn't matter. But it's better to search for it and catch it with people in the game. This will make it more resilient.

Idk if I believe you.. do you use some kind of life tap? My p8 TZ demon lady with max bind and Mastery got smacked down instantly. I know lister has more health but still
