Boots need one more resistance above 35% to even be close. Too many bots for the jewel to be useful--use it for crafting.

i understand the boots thing, but the jewel is no good for low level dueling ?!

also the ring is not worth ?

You don't need cold resistance at level 18, so what you have is a 12 maximum damage jewel. Worth 0.
