Forgot bout most important question , does critical or deadly strike affect bane dmg or just phys or both combined ?

Just phys. If you take one thing away from my guide, it's that physical doesn't matter, and if you just fully synergize hex bane you can probably slap t5 heralds with a white demon crossbow

I have only lvl 27 Mirrored Arrows and will use Buriza-do, then I will need 129 IAS with lvl 1 Fanat on. Buriza-do 80, Warden 20, Horazon Gloves + Boots 30 = 130.

Tried it, it's OK, but no peirce
I suppose with a Razortail and a Pul rune for wisdom you could land at 66% but I am pretty sure you can trade a lem or some pamy for a demon machine even on ladder day 1

One of the best things with this build is you can run prayer/insight/cure merc its so smooth

I'm probably gonna be bum rushing mephisto on a blizz sorc until I earn enigma and then swap to bowlock next ladder
Either that or start abyss and farm chaos until I can swap

this looks really nice, can i ask how is the mana sustain with insight merc? is it enough or are u chugging mana potions?

Enough if you are at higher lvl.

I've used Reaper on my merc, and used Demon Machine which has very low physical dmg but I only pot from time to time.

Now I respec'd and am using Buriza-do and a5 merc, with 6ML and 6MAEK, I rarely pot.

You don't have to put unless you get mana burned
