Another point, would Russia import diesel if needed? From India or China. What you suggest, bomb them and start a proper world war?

I linked the official NATO sources and I can link many other sources other than the BBC regarding the Monaco bombing LMK if you prefer another source. Hint: it won't make this news go away, it really happened. True story, no propaganda!

That's the difference between propaganda and reality my man. For you it's a huge reality check I'm sure :)
