Doesn't matter where it's from really. You're rolling with a 93 so it'll become ilvl 99 after 1 roll anyway. Optimal level for 2+ barb 200 ed is ilvl 78-80 though.

Though ilvl 78-80 just has a higher chance to roll in general

Also, the calculation is ilvl = INT(0.66 * clvl) + INT(0.66 * current ilvl)
When you do this calculation, level 41 is the optimal level to roll.
