I don’t know what part of this is not clear. The bot farmers do not focus on low level items. There is also not much of a focus on gambling these items at scale. So, simple economics from there.

I forgot about the lld melee community. Defense is best stat for low level duel. I like the lld bvb..lol..cuz I like the fair duel.

LLD is very restrictive in what mods are allowed and what level is allowed. To look for lld items, its best to know item level/mod level/map level.

Bots usually go to the highest level places possible to farm. These are not the optimal places to find lld items and most of their bots are not meant to pick up lower level base items.

Making the market have a large supply of high level items that are bot generated and lld items are often manually found (although, I knew some lld/mld friends back in the good old days that optimized bots for lld stuff, but I'm talking orginal diablo times I dont know the market today)
